The vineyard is ready to go to sleep (thank God for the great job it did this year) while olives are ready for the olive press. Tough times for Organic Olive Oil Producers because of the late attack of the olive fly… harvest is going to be very mean, although not as bad as in the “horrible” 2014. Strict selection is being done to make sure that only healthy and perfect olives are processed at the estate’s press.
